A high-security hard disk drive shredder compliant with security level H-4 (DIN 66399). It is capable of destroying rotational and digital media including hard disk drives up to 3.5", solid state drives (SSDs), LTO, Ultrium magnetic tapes, and solid state devices like smartphones and PDAs. Equipped with the powerful "Titan-Colossus" gearmotor, high-strength carbon-grade steel cutting knives, and a 24-hour continuous duty motor, it ensures complete, unrecoverable physical destruction.

Listed in the National Security Agency (NSA)/CSS Evaluated Products List for Hard Drive Destruction, the DX-8 meets DoD compliance guidelines for the physical damage of hard disk drive media as well as emergency destruction procedures. Designed for simple, quiet, and reliable operation, it shatters platters in a waffle-like pattern. Remnants drop into your waste bin for easy recycling. (Note: Not recommended for tape media).

High-volume destruction

Gigabiter GB-21

The GB-21 System is a high-volume, multi-stage shredding solution. Material is introduced via an Infeed Conveyor into the Particle Cut Shredder for initial breakdown into random length pieces. The product is then conveyed to a rotary lock, which dispenses it into the Upper Hammermill for further reduction. Finally, a Lower Hammermill with heavy-duty screens pulverizes the material, discharging the remnants directly into a 55-gallon collection drum.

The DB-4000 is a safety-conscious, high-force physical destruction device. With simple single-button operation, its heavy-duty ram exerts 40,000 psi of pressure on inserted hard drives, bending, folding, and shattering the internal magnetic platters and read/write circuitry.Remnants are unusable, ensuring compliant physical destruction.
